190,000 Kurds perished in the Anfal campaigns from 1986-89. 5,000 were instantly killed in Halabja. 4,000 Kurdish villages razed. 1,754 schools, 270 hospitals, 2,450 mosques and 27 churches destroyed. Our people are just recovering, and its the duty of each individual to prioritize education and disseminate awareness far more than it is the governments. They wont take us any further than the façade of economic prosperity and false promises of autonomy. Good morning.
