1970 Ford 429 engine, trans, 9 inch rear axle and an automatic trans. $800. Great driveline for hot rod, rat rod, muscle car, derby car, truck, etc. This is the 429-2V, two-barrel carb with only 54557 miles on it, speedo probably has not gone over, based on pedals condition. This car has no title. We brought this off a ranch where it sat for many years after being rolled. The car is a Country Squire Wagon, and is destroyed beyond reasonable restoration, but has many good parts left. Obviously the engine was not run since the crash, and had a hood over it that we removed. I started it up today, it sounds good (in my opinion as a professional mechanic), no knocks, rattles, etc, but it could use a carb overhaul, new ignitions wires, points, etc. Great driveline for a project, and if you don’t have one, I also have a 46 and a 51 Ford truck for sale, registered with titles, and a few others without titles yet. You have options. , come and get it, haul it yourself or have me remove the engine and trans for $100 extra, and you can pick that up without the rear axle as I will need it to roll the scrap body around . Also, I will offer free delivery within 20 miles if it sells before I need the trailer it’s on, or over 20 miles for the greater cost of $100 or $2.50 per mile.
