1982 Rolls Royce Silver Spur 87,000 MILES MOT JUNE 2015 TAX DEC 2014 This rolls Royce was imported into the Uk in 1997 and previously was registered to an Arab sheikh in Dubai, Hence the reason for the gold plated lady, He liked the car so much that he brought it over to the Uk with him, This would probably explain why this is one of the most solid Rolls Royces I have ever seen, The metal work on the body of the Roller is in fantastic condition and I havent found any filler or fiberglass on it at all. I will provide you with as much information as I can about the Roller, It belonged to my father who has just passed unfortunately, This was his pride and joy and he loved to take the family out in it or go on a wedding to make the brides day a little bit more special. The engine starts and runs well, auto box changes nice and smoothly, The paintwork on the Roller is very good and doesnt suffer from any rust, The roof Is in good condition and not ripped. The wheels all have plenty tred and all trims are there to match. The grill and the gold lady really compliment the car and look very daunting when coming towards you. Interior is in great condition for its age, apart from some of the wood which does show signs of age but is still more than acceptable. There is a slight blow from the exhaust, Still more than driveable but trying to be as honest as I can, I will try and get this fixed before the sale ends. The pictures above were taken within the last month when it was used at a wedding in Dundee so the car is in the condition as the pictures state. I will get more pictures within the next couple of days of the interior and ore of the exterior The boot requires a new carpet as the old ones were not there when my father purchased the vehicle and have not been replaced since. He has owned the vehicle for the past 3/4 years and has enjoyed the little amount of miles he has done in it, It has had only four owners from new including my father. Any questions please dont hesitate to get in touch and I will do my very best to answer them to the best of my ability. This vehicle has reciently been looked over by a Rolls Royce specialist locally and has advised that it is worth between £5000/£6000 and with little work could easily be worth a lot more, i.e new wood trim and boot carpets. I feel that it is priced well and am willing to listen to serious offers on the vehicle but please no timewasters or test pilots. This is too much of an expensive vehicle for someone just to come for a joy ride for a wee while. Anyone who knows these vehicles will know that they are well sought after and are now at the stage where the value will really start to increase. Thanks for your time.
