1Ti 4:14 Neglect not the gift that is in thee, which was given thee by prophecy, with the laying on of the hands of the presbytery. Presbytery is a group of elders, leaders or deacons that help govern the Church. This is a necessary check and balance to avoid dictatorship or a one man show accountable to no one. The presbytery was so important that the apostle Paul taught that they were to lay hands on the new Preacher and send him out. I realize it is difficult to find spiritual leaders for the Presbytery but it is also un-scriptural for one man to call all the shots in a New Testament Church. Not only un-scriptural but unsafe fraud and cultish practices arise when there is no presbytery to help govern and God set it up to be this way. If you disagree than you are contrary to God. Le 5:17 And if a soul sin, and commit any of these things which are forbidden to be done by the commandments of the LORD; though he wist it not, yet is he guilty, and shall bear his iniquity. 2Ti 2:2 And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also.
