1st Corinthians 9:24..........., do you not know that in a race all the runners run,but only one gets the prize."run in such a way you get the prize" The runners are many,but am intrested in the fact that the prize is for the winner, but why many,why trouble yet not scoring, and if we could get one runner the prize would have no meaning or could be termed as a gift,the way you gift you somebody. something to do with prize you need to partcipate and compete with others to prove you are worth for the prize. The prize giver is democratic person,here no bribery,nepotism or tribalism,be it you brother or who ever,have you won the race,even if a son,you are worth of the prize. In luke 14:26..........if any one comes to me and does not hate his father and mother,his wife and children,his sister and brothers-yes even his life he cant be my disciple. and any one who cant carry his cross and follow me he cant be my disciple.Get this one practise makes perfect.How can you play well if you dont take practice? The issue is forget the rest commit yourself,practice take the cost of you being a disciple,as the players gets time to the field so as to score lastly himself said,"there for I dont run aimlessly or no jokes he put more effort,that himself should not be disqualified for the prize
