The FIDE Laws of Chess, particularly the Laws on Rapid Chess, shall govern the tournament. b). The tournament format shall be seven or more rounds Swiss System. c). The time control shall be twenty (20) minutes with 5 seconds increment (Bronstein time delay) using digital chess clocks or 25 mins. on analog or mechanical chess clocks per player per rounds.
