1st Thanking God ,FTIM church for there support and all those who came out to participate with the Youth and Teens Prison Reality Check program. Our youth will never be the same. A special thanks to The Pike county Correctional Facility Warden Eric Campos for taking the time to tour and explain the risk of making bad choices. Speaking on the power of influence. How 1 bad choice could change your life for ever. Taking a 3 hour tour and giving the teens and youth a wake up call. Speaking real life experience. He spoke of the suicide that took place in the prison. Emotional at times. Tears running down our faces. What an experience. We had an awesome time. The faces were priceless. When asking some of the youth after visiting in 1 small cell to share with 3 men or women 1 sink 1 toilet I asked one youth, lock down, and tasting prison food,"yuck" would you ever want to be in here teen said "heck no" never ever. Another young female says " ohhhh no " I need my space". Remember, It takes a village to raise a child. Due to Hippa privacy act photos were not allowed inside but few photos will be posted at a later time.. God bless you and thank you all for your support..
