1st call - 27 minutes on hold, system hung up. 2nd call - 57 minutes on hold, call auto routed to wrong state, couldnt assist me. 3rd call - 47 minutes and counting and still on hold. Anthem BCBS Medicare Advantage customer assistance. Did I mention that music and recorded messages are in Spanish? And why am I calling? Because my doc ordered an MRI and no one seems to know if it needs pre certified or not, how much the co pay will be. Why? Because benefits changed on January 1st. My doctor told me that premiums went up 42% and average co pays and co insurances went up 25%. What math system is congress using that this was OK with them? Could it be that it was allowed because the USs largest Medicare insurance providers publically and fully supported Obamacare implementation? Is this the THANK YOU from President Obama? Do whatever you want to do with premiums and enrollee expenses?
