To manage the Standard Operational Procedures (Rosters) To participate in the achievement of the train service delivery performance targets set for Gautrain. To participate in the investigations of operating incidents. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: Grade 12 3 – 5 years’ relevant experience in railway environment will be an advantage Computer Skills (Excel Advanced, Word, Power Point) Experience in compiling rosters will be an advantage Report writing skills Knowledge of BCEA Fluent in English INHERENT JOB REQUIREMENTS: Possess analytical ability Ability to communicate with staff at all levels Team player Flexibility Ability to work under pressure JOB DESCRIPTION Compiles and manages daily Roster and daily driving sheets for Traffic Personnel, through Goal Rostering System p2/2 Daily updating of Attendance tracker on SharePoint Leave applications: o Check against monthly timesheets o Receive o Capture o Submit to HR Capture hours worked by Operation personnel on time cards daily on SharePoint. Calculate monthly shift allowance, Sunday time, public paid holiday and overtime for the Traffic Business Unit and submit to Traffic Manager for approval. Submit salary queries to HR and follow up. Capturing stats on personnel that book off sick, Family Responsibility Leave, Annual Leave, , Absent, Light Duty, Alternative Duty, Training, Medical Surveillance, Maternity Leave and any other information as per Traffic Managers discretion. Adjustment of the rosters in line with new time tables or news conditions. Update the Standard Operational Procedures. Participate in the implementation plans and strategies to continually enhance the level of service provided to passengers. Undertake any other duties as assigned HOW TO APPLY?
