1st post-op visit & labs at UNM w/nephrology at 8am. We do this MWF this week & next, then 2 days a week for 2 more weeks, home to Artesia on weekends if labs are ok. He is doing great - incision looks good, BPs in range, I&O is good, has only asked for Tylenol twice since Friday! Surgery to remove his PD catheter is Nov 20th. Gave the dialysis machine back to UNM & got rid of 95% of supplies - he will have a bedroom again instead of a procedure room! So grateful&happy to live w/Angela Showers Lindsey & family rather than a hotel or Ronald McDonald house. I cant even fathom the amount of people who have been praying for us - its wonderful & powerful and we are SO thankful for each & every one of you. Clearly we are heard & answered!
