2/1/1436. Be patient, calm and conscious in your Salat and Supplications, you will enjoy it. Patience, calmness and consciousness in Salat or Du`a are Sunnah as well as obligatory for the such such prayers to be acceptable. Lets start today. When you stand for your Salat or sit for your Adhkar or Prayers, just focus on the place of your Sujud. For the first few minutes before starting the prayer, try to excuse all things from your mind. If it wanted to roam, let it roam. After it roamed, direct it all to a centre, Allah. Dont forget that you are facing the group, the exact spot of your Sujud. It helps you maintain humility in Salat and helps you focus. You cannot see the Kabah but picture it in front of you and assume that you are at the Kabah right now and between you and Allah, there is no barrier. Then, start the Salat or Du`a. Its a bit difficult but it will help improve. Please try it and lets know how it went.
