2 1/2 cups whole milk 1/3 cups short grain rice pinch of salt 1 egg 1/4 cups dark brown sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 1/3 cups raisins Step one. In medium pot bring milk rice and salt to boil, reduce heat to low and simmer until rice is tender bout 20-25 mins, stir frequently to prevent rice from sticking to bottom Step two. In small bowl whisk together egg and brown sugar well, then add a half cup of the hot rice mixture a tablespoon at a time mixing hard n fast Step three. Mix egg and hot rice mixture to the pot stirring well simmer for 8 mins then add raisins cinnamon and vanilla remover from heat and let stand for 5 mins
