2-10-2013 Position: Project Manager (Garment Merchandiser) Location: Bangkok Salary: Negotiable Responsibilities: • Manage all design deliverables in accordance with the requirements and expectations of the various Company Business Units • Collaborate with the various Company Business Units to establish design requirements and expectations of the Design Studio • Develop, implement and manage strategies, plans and budgets, in order to ensure design requirements and expectations are successfully met • Co-ordinate all design matters between the key project stakeholders • Review and monitor the Design Studio’s design processes, procedures and quality management plans • Ensure distribution of information and documentation relating to design planning and progress to all relevant parties • Manage the review of key milestone deliverables for completion in relation to design development, sampling and pre-production • Review and recommend the requirements for control samples and coordinate these with manufacturing and external suppliers • Review and manage all design related queries to an amicable resolution • Manage, co-ordinate and control all meetings in relation to the design, sampling, pro-production and production of products. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in Design, with Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration is preferable. • 5-10 years’ experience in Design Management Project. • Excellent command of written and spoken Thai & English and computer literate (MS-office) Skills: • Effective supervisory and organizational skills • Be able to lead teams • Be able to motivate self and team members • Results oriented • Be able to resolve issues in a timely manner • Be flexible and dependable • Be able to work in multifaceted working environments • Be able to produce quality projects consistently • Technical knowledge of the design process • Creative and innovative • Be able to communicate effectively in written formats and orally Interested candidates, please submit your full resume and recent photo to recruitment@skillboxthailand
