2/16/14 - Halfway through the first quarter. It has not been what it should be. I have the mental desire, but it isnt translating into consistent action yet. Last night I laid out a workout order for the next six weeks, which is 42 days, which is the answer to the ultimate question about life, the universe, and everything. So apparently Douglas Adams was trying to tell me that intense workouts and proper eating from now until the end of March is the answer to lifes ultimate question. Makes sense to me.
