The Toucans tailfeather, ..... the research I found, states the tailfeather of the Toucan is given as a reward for valore. ........The Toucans tail is rounded and varies in length, from half the length to the whole length of the body. And yes it is an iconic cereal bird. Here goes another terroristist clue, like the Cheerios micro chips (Iranian-Eqyptian terrorist) dream. The toucan does NOT MIGRATE. The tailfeather is the main research, not the colorful beak.
