2 Chronicles 7:14-15 (KJV) 14 If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land. 15 Now mine eyes shall be open, and mine ears attent unto the prayer that is made in this place. God has a plan that will save America, if ONLY America would take heed. It also applies to our own household. This is another lesson that is not popular and will not be taught by a lot of preachers. Everyone wants to be blessed of God but few want to do anything to deserve a blessing. This is evident every time I walk into church and see all the empty seats. Take verse 14: Humble- come as a child, no pride, only wanting to come to God, pray- call out to God, develop a personal relationship, seek his face- look for God in your life, desire his presence, HERE is the big one, TURN from our wicked ways- leave the worldly things. This is the one people are having trouble with. This one will cause you to rob God of all the others. If we will get these four points in order in our lives and our country, God made a promise in the end of verse 14 and verse 15. Lets all work on getting these four points in order and help it spread across the country. We CAN make a difference.
