The flat is the middle floor of a three story villa in Kelburn, with the Kelburn shops (4square, video shop, great bakery (worth renting the flat just to be close to the brownies), coffee and takeaways) just a couple of hundred meters down the road. Plus washing machine, Dryer, etc. And a good size lounge/dining which spills out onto the deck and garden, perfect if you plan on having a bunch of mates round. (Couches are all yours, and they’re light enough that you can chuck them out on the deck or the lawn to make the most of nice days, or a projector and a sheet has served well for movies/sport). Total Rent is $460 but we have divided it up so that the two front rooms available pay $170 per week each because they are much larger and sunnier than the third. The flat is also set up with Internet (cable – fast!) and Power accounts which are paid separately on top of that. Both rooms comfortably fit a double or a single and a big desk. Would definitely recommend coming for a look (if your already at Uni it’ll only take you a minute), cause it really is a great flat, and honestly we wouldn’t be moving if we hadn’t both secured jobs in other cities.
