2 Service Technicians – Should have 5+ years of residential plumbing/service experience and 3+ years of running their own truck. Must be neat in appearance, speak professionally, be able to upsell to customers, polite. They like to give customers three options for every call: quick fix, long-term solution, and upsell “you’ll never have to worry about it again”. These people are paid straight commission. They get 18.5% of whatever they sell on the job so upselling benefits their paycheck directly. The average service tech makes $1500-2000/week. They also have incentive programs they are always running. They do not have insurance but they give $25/week to get their own insurance or pocket the money. They will be provided with a vehicle that they can take home. They provide an allowance for uniforms that must be worn. Must pass drug test, MVR, and bkgd check.
