2. X-SITE IS SEEKING A FULL-TIME OPERATIONS MANAGER: This position must be filled by an aggressive, self-motivated, and extremely organized individual. Person must show extremely strong verbal communication and superb written communication skills. Individual must be highly self-motivated and goal-oriented and unmatchable leadership skills while maintaining a team environment. Responsibilities will include hiring, training and maintaining of all staffing; the organization of events as well as the preparation and execution of said events. Person will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business along with the initiation and management of all maintenance issues and tasks. Person will be held to a high accountability of business growth and personal ownership actions onto the business. Person must be high-energy in personality and unspeakably strong with the public dealings and problem-solving strategies.
