2 cups all purpose flour I cup white sugar 4 eggs I can full cream evaporated milk 2 tablespoons baking powder 1/4 butter 1 teaspoon buko pandan flavoring Cheddar cheese Mix all the dry ingredients first, gradually add the milk and the eggs and the melted butter.when everything are all mixed boil water in steamer or wok, when it started boiling you can put the mixture in a shallow container and steam for about 20 minutes if your using molder it takes just around 8 to 10 minutes. Put the cheese on top when it started rising,Be sure to test it before the given time, you will know its cooked if inserted fork or toothpick comes out clean. Goodluck!!!!
