2 days ago, the owner of my bike helmet had changed.... and 2 days later I was gifted a brand new helmet from a friend.... wayyyy nicer than my previous one I may add. She is moving away (and will be dearly missed) and needing to get rid of some things, so decided to give me her helmet! I find that recently, these types of things have been happening to me more and more and im seeing it happen more and more around me. I find that the more I dedicate my time and energy towards helping others, others decide to randomly put energy towards helping me. I believe that to be the true definition of COMMUNITY. To all of those who have helped me with anything, from making me a coffee....to paying for my tuition.... to teaching me... to hugging me when Im sad... to giving me a jar of olives and honey..... to giving me your helmet.... Sincerest gratitude my friends! Let us continue building our community by being good to ourselves so we can be good to others. OM. #ILOVEMYBRAIN
