2 fillets of fish (any kind) 3 large spuds 1 can sweetcorn cup of chopped leek 2 grated garlic cloves 2 tblsp grated ginger salt and pep to suit flour oil margarine milk sauté fish, place in casserole pour on sweet corn keep warm in oven combine leek garlic and ginger sauté in frypan add flour when leek cooked stir in milk and season to taste keep stirring until sauce cooked pour half over fish and corn layer scalloped spud on top then pour rest of sauce on top Bake 10-15 mins yummo and fast!!
