2 for 1 - Apple and plum wine, with the pulp re-cooked into a spiced chutney. Apple and plum wine recipe - 1K fruit (de-stoned and cored) 1K sugar, 8 pints spring water, teaspoon yeast. Cook all but yeast until fruit is soft and well stewed, cool add yeast and strain. Apple and plum chutney recipe - simmer apple and plum pulp with 1 cup vinegar, 5 teaspoons sea salt, 1 table spoon mixed spice. Jar whilst hot.
