2 quick questions both directed at powerlifting but one could easily go to body builders as well. 1. About a month ago I saw a product that attachs to a barbell. It looks like square of some sorts but it is essentially a attach able board for when you dont have partners for Board Presses. Any one know what Im referring to or if its any good. I love board work but, dont always have partner since I am at home training. 2. Today I did Close Grip Bench Presses. Very light making sure to keep the elbows locked in, hitting just below pecs, some arch, and controlled with pauses. I was doing them for Tricep work but no matter what my chest was screaming ( not injury just pumping up and fatigue ) any idea why this is.
