2 weeks has past since Teds accident. An havent posed online case the worse , but he hasnt lost his leg- My work colleague had major incident after falling from set of band stands were( aprox 1/2 tone fall on top of him casing him too fall an crushed his leg. Every 1 was runing round geting him water trying to get him to stand.upp.( which isnt good thing to do as I could see his wellie filling up with blood... Every body ran off an left poor ted on the dec bleeding out!! So I too charge an grabed the phone off a donut an phoned ablance . After instuction on the phone I had to assess how bad teds foot /leg was... Run an got 1st aid cloves an my clean stanly blade....(which piont I did think I should of been on er / casualty. After climbing back up the scafold like a monkey being chased by an African with ablow pipe. It was time to start operate on ted..... Im still on the phone all the way threw multi tasking. .. sooo srew you girlie hatters .. I tided up fornak round his led ... Every 1 still being sick an il am just on my own. Put fresh gloves on an started to cut down his wellie (which piont look like sank off alien ) After cuting wellie away in different angles I cut away his jeans to reveal what you see in pictures. .. Making sure teds talking to me the whole time. Giving directions to air ablance an an organisation of fire an resuse team were allso called ... half hr passes an teds very gray an dosnt wanna talk so keep him larghin an singin stupin songs just for reaction. Emergency services arrive ,an get pat on the back from laddy on phone who was in ambulance just as big boss climbs the ladder to turn bk around very pleased with me that ted didnt die ... I took control of a situation which totally overwhelmed most. Felt very proud as I still do now! Best thing was I turned away my hoilday for full time work untill xmas an already I saved a mans life / led... Big shout out to Ted an his poorly leg an whish him a speedy recovery.
