2 year old Jeezy had a home but due to owner personal problems he was brought to the shelter. Now Jeezy problems just got worse because tomorrow he will be destroyed if someone doesnt step up and save him. His owner said he is good with kids, strangers, other animals and that he is joyful and playful. Please share and advocate for Jeezy tonight before it is to late... A volunteer writes:Jeezy is very much on my mind, today. I bonded right away with him and he with me. I recognize a family dog when I see one, one who was an integral part of his masters life, loved and cared for like a pet should be. Jeezy is indeed healthy looking, well nourished and wears the most beautiful and well groomed pure milk chocolate coat. He is well mannered, knows his way around humans and dogs and acts very tender and loving. Jeezy, unfortunately , got a cold very quickly after his arrival at the care center. Just like us, some dogs are more sensitive than others to infections. He is a great trooper, though, walking nicely on the leash, marking a little his new territory but meeting dogs in a courteous way. He does not mind my camera, takes food very delicately from my hand and sits right away on command. He has this very special way to put his head in my lap and look at me with the sweetest eyes…I can not resist and I can not forget his face and ways… Jeezy was relinquished into our care as his owners could not care for a pet anymore. He is described as joyful and playful, curious of other dogs in a nice way, good to all and house trained. I know that Jeezy would make a wonderful companion to the one person or the family willing to give him a chance. He is good looking, in good health beside his little cold, well behaved and affectionate.
