2 year old mare, ¾ thoroughbred ¼ Percheron, approx. 16hh and growing. Has had 20 sessions on groundwork this spring. She is very curious and willing to learn. She would make a great jumper or dressage prospect. Has had round pen (liberty) work ( inside and outside turns, transitions, submission, stops at your should, and joins up.) She is very soft in the rope halter, gives to pole pressure, has a nice bend during lunging, yields her shoulders and haunches. She has nice elasticity movement. She has learnt to stand ground tied, has been good for the farrier and trailers. She has been flagged, done tarp work, and she comes to the fence/mounting block when you want to work above her. She has had a ground work done with the bridle in hand (full cheek snaffle) and responds softly. She has been saddled but has NOT been ridden. I have worked her from the fence but never sat on her completely. She is ready for progress and how you would like to start her under saddle.
