20/07 Update Note: Guild System finaly working!! Postby Admin@Ry » Sun Jul 21, 2013 9:18 am Message from staff: We have been trough a really hard time for the last a couple of weeks, but we have finaly managed to pull it off!!!!! It really took us blood, sweat, alot of ice-tea and cake to crack the guild system and implement it properly. More guild features such as declaring wars, donating gold/fame, etc etc will be added within the next update. Currently any guild rank can invite a player, this of course; will be fixed aswell in the next update. For now please enjoy the guild system because it took us a * alot of effort! :Eyecrazy: youtube/watch?v=sNvwGhUqWvA& Server: -Refactored timeing handle system for better handling stablization. This smooths up alot of functions for each player. -Implemented an automatic server restarter that restarts the server every 6 hours. An autorestarter is very important to not only refresh the servers functions and for cooldown. But also to kill temporary / unwanted extra memory usages that gets stuck overtime etc. So its very critical that we have an autorestarter inplace to solve these problems. Durning Offline or Restart the server will be shown as "Offline" in the Lobby. After a few mins when it has fully restarted and ready to go, all you have to do is click on "Refresh" and it will show as Available in the Lobby! -Implemented Realm Control. From now on we have full controll whenever the Karma Realm can be shown offline or online. When the Karma server is not online, it will be shown offline in the lobby automaticly. And ofcourse online when its back online. -Fixed a bug in Delivery where a player could receive gold even though the target player doesnt have the amount for it. -Fixed a bug in Delivery where a player could retrieve gold over and over again endlessly due to having more then one mail. -Players can now CANCEL any mail that gets sent to them from any player. The mail will be senr back to the other player. -Implemented Mail Topics: -Client nolonger gets stuck / crash when a "Name Is Already Taken" upon creating a new character. Guild: -Fixed a bug were a players guild window sometimes did not appear to other players. -guild external and internal ranks are now shown correctly along with the guild. -guild refactored db(database) structure for easier performance. -guild window (hotkey g) now works for every member. -guild list works properly now. Rank,Names,Class,Fame etc. -guild chat now gets iterated only trough guild members for easy performance. -guild refresh Players can now click on the guild list and it functions properly instead of clicking trough it which resulted them into walk/running instead. -guild news works kinda. ( the "Send" button is nowhere to be found somehow to update the guild news.) Will fix the send button in the next update. -guild online players displayed (Yellow Row in guild list) when they are online, (Displayed white if offline). -guild kick now works properly. -guild leave now works properly. -guild invite now works properly. -guild creating now works properly. Players will now get notified if the guildname already exists. -guild disband now works properly. -The right fame is substracted when a player creates a guild. -The right gold is substracted when a player creates a guild. -Guild Ranks have been translated clientside properly. -GYO (assassin) guildies can now see eachoters names instead of *******. -Guilds are getting auto saved to db(Database) every 2 minutes from the server memory. This of course, saves right before the server restart. Few more little tweaks and we will let everyone know a date for OBT
