20. Mahumapelo is the Premier of the Province from being disbanded by the NEC of the ANC when he was the Provincial Secretary to the PEC being stripped off its powers in the 2009 National Elections, but remained disciplined and led the ANC from a Branch as the Chairperson. 21. Honestly and truly, how many of us would still remain in the Organization and still contribute from the most basic level of organizational activity? 22. How many of all Premiers in the country still choose to live in the comfort of their own homes when they have a choice to live in state houses? 23. Is this not a demonstration of the most ordinary amongst the ordinary masses of our people? Is this not true Premiership of the ANC simplified, Is he not a clear example of a disciplined and humble servant of the people? Is he not an example of an ideal member of the ANC personified? 24. We may differ with the MAN/ MONNA/MAPRAZZO as some affectionately refer to him, but surely theres so much to learn from his personality and character, as well as his leadership and membership of the Organization. 25. Factionalism is defined as the state or quality of being partisan or self interested or a state of conflict within an organization or Nation. 26. Faction means a group of persons forming a cohesive, usually contentious minority within a larger group. 27. And lastly a faction in the film industry could be literally interpreted as a mixture of Facts and Fiction. 28. A more relevant definition of factionalism for this article would be a group of persons forming a cohesive, usually contentious minority within a larger group 29. The rules of democracy are based on the principle of majority rules, no matter the level of decent or opposing views, and this must be demonstrated by all conscious and less conscious members of the ANC, whose personal views become views of an ANC member. 30. Denial to admit his personal ability to display collective leadership strength and guidance to the organization and contribution, is a serious limitation and mitigation of our politics in the Northwest Province. 31. This article serves to educate members of the ANC about the quality of leadership we have in the chairperson of the Province and Premier of the Northwest Province. 32. What we do and what we say and how we project ourselves in public discourse should continue to place the Organization and the Communities first instead of our interests. 33. Mahumapelo is not an ordained Premier of the Northwest but rather deservedly so, the Chair of the ANC in the Province and Premier. 34. A carefully calculated decision by the leadership and branches of the ANC, which must be cherished in the future conferences for those who value the future of this Province and love the ANC
