20 VACANCIES WANTED URGENTLY Position: Part Time Project Academy Coordinator Period: 2 months only (21st October 2013 to 18th December 2013) Benefits: • Salary negotiable • Travel Allowance • Working Hour Weekdays : 9-6pm Saturday: 9-2pm Job Functions: • Assist Professors in Grading tests and papers, and assignments. • Must be at training centers throughout the program. • Advise students on an individual basis. • Prepare lessons for exercises or lab experiments ( Practical aspect ) • Perform experiments, collect and analyze data for professors. • Provide supports and assistance to the professor and students. • Maintain communications between professors and students. • Keep daily records and weekly reports back to Project Director or BPG. - Record participant attendance. - Record lecturer attendance. - Report flowness of course every week. - Report issues ( if any ). - Report the facilities of class and lodging. - Report the quality of food. • Coordinates presentations for professors and students. • Become a translator between the professors and students. • Ensure that discipline and good ethics of the participants in the course. • Assists in the class management and also the administration and coordination of the centre. • Manage participants who need health care assistance to the clinic or hospital. • Monitoring on the students well-being and welfare during the course. • Assisting lecturer in the briefing, examination and evaluation session. • Translation (English – Malay) of the topics matter in the lectures if the participants do not understand the terminology used. • Assisting as a tutor in the course assignment of the students. • Monitoring on the participants and also on the lecturer. Requirements: • 18 years old above and retirees available • Degree Holder and Above Academic Qualifications • Good command in both Bahasa and English ( oral and written ) • Possess a driving license • Independent and willing to travel
