20 years ago, Jason met Randy. He was a recent college graduate and newly married, looking for employment. He walked into Halberstadts Mens Clothiers at Kirkwood Mall where Randy was the manager. (He had experience working retail, so he knew he could do the job.) His time there was short -a mere 5 months - before he moved onto a state job with benefits and an 8-5 workday. What started out as a boss/employee relationship, bloomed into a beautiful friendship that has stood the test of time all these years. Soon after, Pam entered the picture, they fell in love and we sang at their wedding. We became couple friends who loved to laugh and quote funnies from our favorite sitcoms and movies. Tonight, the Hellmans came for dinner and it was just like the good old days. It was the first time wed seen them since they moved to the cities, a year ago. So much fun catching up with you guys and watching our boys have such a great time together! Love you! :)
