2013-2014 Club West Volleyball Tryout Information Prior to Try-outs: 1. Register for tryouts online at clubwestvolleyball/cv at least one week before the first day of your daughter’s age group. 2. You will need to bring a completed USAV Membership form which can be filled out on SRVA.org. Directions will be posted on the Club West website once the SRVA system is up and running. 3. Complete a USAV Medical Release form (these do not have to be notarized). Day of Try-outs: 1. Please make sure you bring all paperwork listed above and the $50 try-out fee 2. Tryouts for all age groups will be held at Madison Street location 2231 Madison Street, please check the website to be sure location & times have not changed. 3. Athletes will need to wear comfortable athletic attire. Tryout t-shirts will be provided. Kneepads are encouraged but not required. 4. Please arrive at least 30 minutes early for check-in. After Try-outs: 1. The official commitment date for all SRVA clubs is November 5th. 2. If your daughter has been selected for a Club West team; she will be contacted by her coach within 2-3 days after tryouts. 3. If your daughter has not been selected for a Club West team for this season, you will be notified via email within 7 days. 4. The first installment is due on November 15th.
