2013-2014 has been a great year for LFC. Coming from 7th in the league last year to being inches away from the league title that has eluded us since 1990. However, next year will be extremely difficult. The main factor will be new players & getting rid of old ones. LFC have a massive wage bill. There are players getting paid big money & they are sick notes. Lucas & Johnson come to mind. These lads need to move on with a few young lads too. The players that I think LFC need to come in, are not really massive names like what Man C & Chelsea have been associated with. We do not need to spend the kind of money on Falcao or Cavani. The players I think that are need are in positions like Wingers, Defensive Midfield, Attacking Midfield & Full Backs. So I have a shopping list: 1. Ilkay Gündogan. This lad will give Allen & Hendo a run for their money. 2. Marco Reus. If we get him, all you man dem are in problems. LFC have a great counterattacking system. With this lad, world is in trouble. 3. Luke Shaw. He is English, good speed, can attack & tackle. He would become a better player at LFC. 4. Adam Lallana. Simply class this season. He would give us many options around the midfield & a shadow striker. I just love the way he can beat a man from a standing position. 5. Blaise Matuidi. I WISH.... 6. Toni Kroos. For a young lad this guy is dead serious. If he was to come to LFC we would have to pay him £1200,00 a week. HELL NO... 7. Ivan rakitic. Again the price. He has had 3 great seasons. He can play across the midfield. If he was to come, Allen would have to go. I cant see that happening. 8. Benedikt Howedes. Plays for Schalke. I watch German highlights on ITV2. I have seen this guy have a good few man in his pocket. Not sure if he can be a full back. We do not need more CB. 9. Nicolas Otamendi. Playes for Porto. He is great going forward. Not sure if he can defend. But he looks class. He is a massive gamble. LFC have done this before & ended up with egg on their face many times. 10. Matthew Lowton. Plays for Aston Villa. one of the best youngsters of this season. Villa have been a big let down. However when they played LFC, this yout had SAS at bay.... 11. Ricardo Rodriguez. Plays for Wolfsburg. A lot of talk, worth a look. 12. Alexandre Song. I will never for get that pass he made to RVP Vs LFC. Killer ball. If we go after Barc may sell, I hope. 13. Maxime Gonalons Playes for Lyon. I reckon Arsenal will get him. LFC have been watching him too. He is a big boy. I can see why Arsenal want him. 14. Morgan Schneiderlin. I do rate him. He has had some crazy moments in the EPL. However he is one reason why Southampton are doing well. 15. One of the Bender Twins.
