2013 Concordia Fall Festival. This year will be hosting the Vietnam Traveling Memorial Wall at their fair from September 4-8. The Wall will be on display at the Concordia Ball Complex. TRIBUTE & FREEDOM will be by the wall!! How wonderful is this. Concordia, MO - 60 miles east of KC on 70 - be there or be square; just joking but if you can it is going to be an awesome event.
