Based in the UK, they service an international book of clients and have reputable contacts in many of the key European financial services hubs (London, Zurich, Munich, Paris, Manchester, Leeds, Edinburgh etc). As a Trainee Head-hunter you will quite simply be shaping the future of the (re)insurance sector, becoming a trusted advisor to senior executives who put faith in your ability to deliver the right people. You will be researching markets, approaching potential candidates and delivering presentations to FTSE 250 businesses. The role is predominantly phone based but as you develop you will be involved in face to face client meetings in London, Zurich and further afield. The office environment and philosophy is pretty unique; you won’t be on the phone for 4 hours a day or leaving at 9pm every evening. They expect their people to work hard but more importantly smart. They are a competitive team, setting holiday targets to Monte Carlo and Hawaii, and outside of work they regularly enter extracurricular races and tournaments.
