The dining room converts to allow transport of toys (fits two dirt bikes). So once we set up camp, the bikes go outside in under a separate annex, and mum has her luxury caravan without bikes using it as a garage. We paid extra to have Gel Coat Sidewalls for added strength and heavy duty lino plank wood floor. You would think from the lack of scratches on the floor that we hadnt used it at all. We also turned the ramp into a deck ! We wouldve like to have added an annexe over the deck, but didnt get a chance to. It is a nice spot to sit and have a wine and enjoy the serenity. Even if you dont want it to haul toys, put the ramp down, and set up your deck . Allows beautiful breeze into the caravan on hot aussie summer days. It tows exceptionally well ! Very easy to tow, and no doesnt get the wobbles up. So much space, you could swing a cat and a small child ! No claustrophobia in this caravan, especially with the ramp down. USA sewerage system for toilet means you have 117L grey water, and 117L black water - no running to empty the stinky toilet cassette in the middle of the night. !
