2014-2015 PTSA The following are the candidates for the AVMS PTSA for the 2014-2015 year: • President- Luci Vees • Executive Vice President- Courtney Fielder • Secretary- Catherine Patience • Treasurer- Open • Auditor- Vanessa Liete • Historian- Terry Robertson We are still in need of someone to be the treasurer for next year. Please considering volunteering for this very important position. We can’t have a PTSA without one! Help us make a difference in the lives of the kids at AVMS. The election of officers will take place at the AVMS PTSA meeting on March 20, 2014 at 6:00 pm. According to AVMS PTSA bylaws, nominations from the floor are allowed at the March election meeting. The privilege of nominating from the floor is extended to all members of the AVMS PTSA who are present, whose dues are paid, and who have been members of AVMS PTSA for at least 30 days. A qualified member may nominate his or her self. Nominations from the floor do not require a second, only the nominees consent.
