2014 BEDA National Conference The mission of BEDA is to provide leadership, recognition, prevention, and treatment of binge eating disorder and associated weight stigma. What is unique about BEDAs mission is that the organization recognizes the impact of weight stigma that plays a part in the development of eating disorders in the first place. The BEDA 2014 National Conference is the only national conference that is designed to promote binge eating disorder treatment, and it will provide conference attendees with access to the community as well as an opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge and best practices in binge eating disorder and the treatment.
