I was nervous about ordering an international phone but Im so glad I did because I have no regrets! This phone works perfectly in the US. I brought my old sim card to a TMobile store hoping to transfer my data onto a micro sim card but their system was down. I couldnt wait until the next day to go back to the store so I went home, found a YouTube video on how to cut sim cards into the size of a micro sim card, and within minutes, I was using this phone like a pro!I do not qualify the quality of this product since the parcel service declared it as lost. It is unfortunate to happen.I dont normally write reviews but thought this time i should. Buyer beware. Have tried to use on 2 different cell carriers in the USA. At first I that it was just bad signal from the provider. However after trying multiple carriers we have determined that poor signal is the fault of the device. It will have full bars one second and the next without moving locations it will be searching for signal or indicate that it has no signal. At times you are unable to make a call. After reviewing the internet forums it seems that this is a common problem that occurs with this device. Disappointing.The phone arrived yesterday. Google tells me the language of the quick start guide is Czech, the box and the software installed on it is from the Orange carrier. I order from Cell-Source, even though it was little pricier than some of the other orders listed because it was Amazon Prime and the percentage of positive reviews posted was a few percent higher than other sellers. I was still a little nervous about it because of seeing other reviews with unnamed sellers that were not unlocked and because the price for the phone on amazon.fr after applying the conversion made me think there cant be much profit in the business of selling unlocked phones.The phone arrived Friday in an unopened box. I charged it and it turned on just fine. I didnt get a chance to verify that it was unlocked that night since the sim card from my (dying) dumb phone wasnt the right size/type for this phone. But the next day I took it to Tmobile and there were zero problems switching my number and a new sim to the phone.I might update on the phone as I get more use out of it.
