By signing below the applicant also acknowledges the fact that the craft(s) items he/she will be showing/selling at the Andy T’s Mother’s Day Craft Show are handcrafted, or are consigned to sell direct sales products. He/She understands that Andy T’s has the right to ask him/her to remove any objectionable items, this may also prevent him/her from being invited back. Each additional booth space is $30.00. All application fees are due at the time you submit your application. YOUR DEPOSITED CHECK DOES NOT GUARANTEE ACCEPTANCE. No Refunds after April 18, 2014. Location - Andy T’s Farm Market, 3131 US 127 Business, St. Johns MI 48879 Please include with your application the following items: 1) three photographs, (2 of product to be sold, and 1 of your display) 2) self addressed stamped envelope 3) email address for acceptance confirmation; if one is not provided your acceptance will be mailed with booth assignments within 2 weeks prior to show. Show Hours - The hours of the show are Saturday, May 10th, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Sunday, May 11th, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm. As a courtesy to other exhibitors and visiting patrons, you are not to dismantle your booth before 4:00 pm. This will be strictly enforced and if violated, will affect future acceptance for this show. Exhibit Space - Spaces will be assigned on a first come first serve basis. Effort will be taken to keep like crafts from being too close together. Each exhibitor is responsible for their own exhibit, and will need to provide chairs, tables, easels, etc. All spaces are 12’ x 12’. If you would like to purchase an additional space, please do so at the time you submit your application. Sales Tax - The State of Michigan requires that anyone making retail sales are required to be licensed. You are responsible for collecting and submitting your own sales taxes to the State of Michigan. Application Process - All applications must be submitted by April 18, 2014. Space is limited; therefore all applications will NOT receive approval. Prior participation shall not constitute a basis for renewal. The arts & crafts committee will have the sole discretionary authority to approve all applications, and these decisions shall be final and binding. Applications received after the deadline will be considered based upon space availability and uniqueness. Acceptance notification will be emailed shortly after application is received. Booth assignment will be mail within 2 weeks prior to show. Reminder - No application will be considered that is not complete and does not include 3 photographs of items to be sold, application fee, and signature of the vendor. Swegles St St. Johns, MI 48879 creativecoastersllc@gmail Rules & Regulations REGISTRATION/SECURITY - Registration must be completed before unloading and setting up. If you do not Register by 8:00 a.m., or your space may be given away, and your money will not be refunded. If you are going to be late for set up please let us know ASAP. BOOTH ASSIGNMENTS & SET-UP - We have done our best to honor the requests of those who asked to be in a specific location. We are unable to make any changes to booth assignments. All spaces are 12’ x 12’. Since this time of the year the weather is a major factor please come prepared for wind and rain. You may use stakes or weights. SET UP TIME WILL BE AS FOLLOWS: Saturday May 10, from 6:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. (If you need additional time for set up please contact us). Friday Set up may be possible. CANCELLATION POLICY - Application fees must be paid at time you submit your application. If you are accepted and withdraw after April 18, 2013 your application fee will be forfeited. EXHIBIT SPACE - All spaces are 12’ X 12’. There will be no change in space assignments. Each exhibitor is responsible for his or her own exhibit, and will need to provide chairs, tables, easels, etc. This is a two day show so please be prepared for both day at opening time. UNLOADING / LOADING - Vehicles will be allowed to enter the craft. Once supplies are unloaded, vehicles must be moved to the designated vendor parking. WEATHER – Show will be held regardless of rain or shine. There are no rain dates and application fees will not be returned due to inclement weather. TRASH - Each booth will be supplied with a trash bag. Artists are responsible for their own trash. Please either take it with you at the end of the day or place it in a nearby trash container. PETS – Please NO Pets ELECTRICITY – Unfortunately electricity cannot be provided. If you choose to bring and run a generator be courteous to the other vendors and guests of our craft show and use a generator that is quite and runs efficiently. In the event that the generator you choose to bring is bothersome to other you will be asked to turn it off. OVERNIGHT SECURITY – Security will be provided for Saturday night FOOD – Food will be available with-in Andy T’s along with a community organization serving goodies. MISREPRESENTATION OF WORK - Any vendors who have misrepresented their work to the organizing committee will be asked to remove objectionable items. This may also prevent artists/vendors from being invited back.
