2014 October 14-16 -- Brgy. Camansa, Kamadi District, Asunsion, Davao del Norte. It is the 4th session of this healthcare workers class. This month they get to learn about disease prevention and the art of patient care which includes pesticide education, water and sanitation. We had the chance to pray for Roger, one of the patients we had this week. He came to us 2 months ago complaining of intermittent severe headaches and visual trouble. So we told him to see a neurologist. He got a CAT scan done last week and found out it was a brain tumor. Their doctor recommended surgery to be done. The family refused due to fear of the outcome. Our team did counseling on him and his wife and encouraged them to trust God on this big decision-making. We prayed for them, which brought a lot of tears to his wife. We encouraged you to remember Roger and his wife Liezel in your prayers. -Dada RN,RM
