2014 had ups and downs. After 13 years, its odd not to have Champ around. All the Pretty Bones was published, I rekindled some old friendships, and grew closer to family. I met a lot of talented people. The year was representative of life with all of its various textures, giving me more to draw from in my writing. The most recent highlight of the year was watching my husband with our nieces, trying out yoga poses. In his own words, hes a peg lower than the Aflac duck on the yoga scale.
