2014 was ushered in with the news of Dads brain cancer diagnosis, a cocktail of ups and downs trailed its wake, followed by the recent news that the landlord wants our house back and we have to be out by mid-June. After a month on the Body Ecology Diet Im feeling optimistic. Make-things-happen-May is upon us and between now and the next 30 days Im going to write a masterpiece for GeoFest and perform it at Bearded Theory, organise and promote the most relevant Hip-Hop video to come out of the city, plan the debut screening, begin facilitating a brand new and innovative oral history youth music project called REPPIN ENDZ, visit my dear friend Sophie Powell in Bratfud, help support my college group with their performance and promotion skills, promote and contribute to another awesome family friendly community centre gathering, stock up the Social Change Library with a bag full of radical text, embed yoga, swimming and meditation in each week, stay on the B.E.D, spend quality time with my Dad and brothers, keep putting one foot in front of the other and find somewhere to live thats closer to my friends in the city centre.
