20141109.8402778 So one of my granddaughters gifted me with the statement this afternoon, I dont like gay people. What they do is gross! The pain of the situation isnt that she said that, but that she had already learned that from her friends and classmates at school when she is only 9 or 10. How do I combat hatred so entrenched that my granddaughter doesnt like me or my kind? Seriously, why would anyone want to live with this kind of hatred directed at them, day in and day out?
