2015 Santander Universities Internship Programme Queen Margaret University through its partnership with Santander Universities will be offering students and recent graduates the opportunity of a paid three-month, full-time placement with SMEs (small to medium sized enterprises) next summer. The Santander Universities SME Internship Programme offers students and recent graduates the chance to gain invaluable experience in the workplace, to work on live projects, and put theoretical knowledge into practice. The placements are open to QMU students (penultimate, final year and masters students) or alumni who have graduated from the University in the last two years. Successful candidates will receive £3,000 (gross) in payment for their placement, with £1,500 in funding from Santanders Internship Programme being matched by the SME.
