203=203; my lovely Dad came with me today and stayed to watch. He promised to take a pic - hmmm, oh well :) Today was competitive fun - Bobby, a friend of a friend was there (Chris Sheppard) - he finished the GNS 4 mins faster than me last year and I seem to be a bit quicker now, I passed him a couple of times but not without him putting up a big fight :) The pool is a big swirling mass on a Sunday - the fast lane is 2 lanes across so anyone who is a tiny bit ahead of you crosses you towards the end, even if you are faster, so you have to be a full body length ahead to pass, anyway I made it! My next door neighbour was also there hammering his crawl for a few lengths of lightening fast blur, then steadier breaststroke. Sadly I didnt have a chance to say hi to either as I had orders from Mum - swim hard and get back quickly, we have Elveston Steam Rally to get to!! Happy Sunday everyone xx #weswimbecausewecan
