If we dont cut down on calories or increase our exercise, we will automatically gain several pounds each year. Whatever the reasons for your being overweight, the fact still remains that you are overweight because you take in more calories than you use. And that means that you can do something about it. If you take in fewer calories than you need, your body will convert the stored fat to needed energy, and you will lose weight.
