21 years ago today, at 2.40pm, the light of my life entered the world and I have been so blessed ever since. The celebration with our wonderful whanau, friends, neighbours, Thomass mates and teachers from school yesterday was awesome. It was pretty special to also share Grandad Toms 80th birthday - the bond these two share is magical......it radiates pure love and transcends the physical realm....beautiful to watch :) It hasnt been an easy journey by any means, and certainly wasnt how I envisioned the future for you when you were placed in my arms, but I did have those first precious 3 years where I heard you say mummy I love you as you threw your arms around my neck
