22 Minute Chocolate Cake Preheat oven to 300 degrees Grease and flour 15 x10x1 cookie pan 2 sticks butter 1/2 cup buttermilk 4 Tablespoons Cocoa 2 eggs 1 cup water 1 teaspoon soda 2 cups flour 1/4 teaspoon salt 1-1/2 cups sugar 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1teaspoon vanilla Mix flour and sugar in bowl Mix butter, cocoa, and water in pot and bring to a boil Add choc mixture to flour and sugar and beat Add buttermilk, eggs, soda, cinnamon and vanilla Mix and pour into pan Bake on 300 degrees for 22 minutes ICING 1 box powdered sugar 1/2 cup butter 1/4 cup cocoa 6 tablespoons milk 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 cup chopped pecans Combine butter, cocoa and milk and bring to a boil Remove from heat and add powdered sugar, vanilla and nuts Pour over cake while cake is hot ENJOY!
