23 days in a row over 150 lbs, a new 5 year record! By far, the best winter in 5 years. A couple rounds of pneumonia that easily cleared. This week my quadriceps and upper legs just filled in. It was the same as the erector spinae and teres major on the left back that happened in July 2013. They just inflated as if someone was pumping them up with air. The converse is when they start lsosing blood supply, they deflate like a tire with a small leak, over 2-4 days. Left bicep shrinkage has been extended from 2 days to 8. I now have fluid and seam fat in the upper legs, pectorals and my facial muscles started filling in. Biggest visual gain is in the abductor pollicis brevis and abductor digiti minimi of both hands, but more noticeable in the right. Veins in both hands show significant branching to these areas. The motor neuronal spasticity aspect more pronounced in thighs, masseters and right scapular rotation muscles, with mild to moderate dystonia in bulbar muscles, splenius capitis and semispinalis capitis. Semispinalis muscles have returned from atrophy but not pronounced and exhibiting myokimia, resolving on intentional oxygenation through slow, deliberate breathing or light isometric force. ANS appears functional with a delay and most issues are resolving at heart rate > 140 bpm for over 30 continuous minutes. It is critical to maintain body temperature if the ambient temperature drops below approximately 70 degrees. Reductions in body temperature create vasoconstriction with resulting issues in the right hip and lower legs within seconds, and sustainable. Wearing sweats and performing preworkout stretches in the sauna avoids vasoconstriction. Heart rate accelerates to 150+ bpm as body temp rises. Target zone 140-150 bpm.
